Common races, by order of prevalence. The Dark waves have shattered the balance hard, and humanity has gone from the most prevalent to a minority, while Dwarves and Orcs flourished due to their innate magical resistance. Goblins and their fast breeding cycle made up the slack quickly. Strangely Elves have been strangely resistant to the Dark waves, not as much as the more common races. Interbreeding is possible between all races, it is in fact extremely common, yet there aren't any known communities of any of the combinations. (Pick a race, visually you may have features of others but you'll have grown up with those characteristics due to genetics and upbringing).
