As per the Dwarf in the PHB with the following additions and changes:
Changes
- Remove the flavour text.
- Change anything related to "Subraces" to "Upbringing". A free or first generation slave Elf will generally have the "Wood Elf" (now called Elf) upbringing. The other upbringing will be "Slaveborn Elf"
Slaveborn Elf (Upbringing / Subrace)
- Ability score increase.Two ability scores of your choice increase by 1.
- Slave training. You gain proficiency in two skills of your choice.
- Slavemark. You are a slave and have been marked as personal property of someone. You have no freedom or agency, and if you're found in another city than your master you can be captured and brought back or failing that, even hung.
