As per the Gnome entry in the PHB with the following additions and changes:
Changes
- Remove the flavour text.
- Remove the subraces entry. All gnomes are considered Forest Gnomes and are called "Gnome".
Addition
- Mythical creature. Gnomes are considered a fairy-tale or simply extinct. Everywhere you go you will be considered a rarity and quite exceptional.
