The Shepherd is a person that can call upon his faith to perform blessings, and sometimes even Miracles. That person doesn't even have to be of the cloth, or even Christian (and there have been cases of Atheists performing miracles by sheer force of will) though many are. They have been called "Shaman", "Faith Healer", "Medicine man",... throughout the ages.

The Shepherd needs to take an Aspect or High concept reflecting the fact that he can call upon his faith for Blessings and miracles. Examples: "My faith is strong", "God works through me", "Accursed, yet I heal and inspire", "A Shepherd of sheep?" He can now select the Conviction skill, and can call upon Blessings and Miracles.
