Requirements:
Becoming a Wizard means giving up a large chunk of your life dedicated to study and experimentation, therefore you need to reflect this in your High Concept, and then you can choose the Arcane Lore skill and learn spells. Spells can be found or researched. A found spell requires a milestone (and a period between scenes for study) before it can be safely used. A spell can be used ad-hoc by a Wizard but it's very dangerous. Researching a spell takes time (at least a week) and doesn't require finding one to learn, but they cost a Stunt slot.
